Yoga Video: 20-Minute Gentle Morning Yoga Flow

It's been a while since I planned to produce my own yoga videos. A way to motivate and enable even more people to pracitce yoga, even if they don't have the time or the means to go to the studio. For the ones that are travelling or simply want to slide in one or two more sessions convenitenlty from home additionally to the practice in the studio, or for the ones who never dared to even go to a public class... in short, this is for everybody :)

My first video is a smooth and gentle morning practice that energizes your body and mind, ready to take on the day! Anybody can join, it's a feel-good sequence that doesn't require any previous yoga experience. Of course, you want to listen to your own body - you know it best! Just follow the instructions as long as they fee good! You can pause at any time or adjust the practice according to your own needs.
